Costarrican Coffee Policies
1. SHIPPING POLICY ------------------ All the orders are shipped by Correos de Costa Rica Air service to USA and international mail service to other countries. Shipping charges depend on the total weight of all the products in your order and the type of shipping too. we offer regular mail and EMS (express 6-8 days). In addition, depending on the country's statutes would be an additional fee. We ship directly from Costa Rica twice per week on Tuesdays - Thursdays, from that moment the delivery will take around 12 to 16 working days to USA. For any other country deliver time will depend on the specific location (usually 1-4 weeks for Europe and Canada). Costarrican Coffee will gladly replace damaged or lost product. For a refund, the complete package must be returned post-paid to: Costarrican Coffee Products, PO BOX 699-2150, San Jose Costa Rica. Customer will receive an email with the package tracking number. The customer can track the shipment at URL http://www.usps.com/ or at our home page http://www.costarricancoffee.com 2. GUARANTEE POLICY ------------------- Costarrican Coffee will gladly replace damaged or lost product in case of our mistake. Costarrican Coffee offers a large variety of products all of them of excellent quality. But you have to take into count that each of them has special characteristics that make them unique. For this reason, we won't take any responsibility if you are not satisfied with the taste of the product. If you are not sure about a new coffee that you want to taste please check first the description of the product. 3. RETURN POLICY & REFUNDS -------------------------- You may return unopened packages sold and fulfilled by Costarrican Coffee within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled You may cancel your order with in 24 hours, after 24 hours the product will be shipped see RETURN POLICY & REFUNDS. 5. PRIVACY POLICY ----------------- At Costarrican Coffee we are committed to protecting your privacy. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
